We’re a U.S.-based personal care brand, and we’ve been sourcing bamboo spunlace nonwoven from Haorui Tech for the past 5 months for our biodegradable facial and baby wipes. The fabric is exceptionally soft – much gentler on skin than regular viscose blends – yet strong enough to hold up during wet wiping without tearing or pilling.
The material wets out evenly and absorbs water quickly, which is critical for our production line. We’ve tested several batches, and the weight (we use 45gsm) and fiber dispersion remain very consistent. Our lab also confirmed that the fabric is truly compostable and free from harmful chemicals, helping us meet US FDA and ASTM guidelines.
