We are a Spanish wipes manufacturer and have been using Haorui Tech’s flushable spunlace nonwoven for about 8 months. The material passes our in-house dispersion tests according to EDANA/INDA guidelines – it breaks down quickly in water, which is exactly what we need for our “flushable” claim.
At the same time, the wet strength is surprisingly good during production; we don’t experience breaks or linting on our converting lines. The fabric is soft, uniform in weight, and the roll winding is tight and clean. Every batch we’ve received has been consistent in thickness and fiber distribution.
